Former Polokwane City defender Thabiso Semenya admits that he has considered retiring as his search for a club continues, but knows he still has a lot to offer. He had a trial with Black Leopards after leaving City, but was unable to secure a deal with Lidoda Duvha. He can sign for any club at any time as he is a free agent. Obviously at my age any day you say 'let me be at home and look at other things'. It's not an easy thing to do so and say 'tomorrow I am retiring'. You always have that thing that 'I still want to play football' or 'I can still play', but there's also that thing where you say 'don't force yourself on people'. "If I can play over 60 games in two seasons [at Polokwane City], I don't see why I can't keep playing. If I can run with the youngsters, it means I can still play." Even when I joined Polokwane City I did not have an agent. I went there and I signed without an agent."
